Mr Clifford has been an outstanding real estate agent. He was always quick to answer questions and follow through on any item that needed to be address. He would put me in touch with others that worked on the house, such as inspectors and painters. Steve was patient with the sellers and their realtor as to what was involved. He was always professional and help me obtain someone for a limited power of attorney in order to close in a timely manner. This sale made use of a VA loan and as such had other issues. The property required two inspections due to some work that had to be completed by the seller. Mr Clifford made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Steve Clifford for anyone's real estate needs.
